Not coincidentally, places on Earth with the highest density of human languages also have the highest rates of biodiversity. Humans now impact every landscape on the planet, which means we have a chance to get it right. Landscape-scale conservation programs consider wildlife, physical and natural resources and, of course, humans. This is what is at the core of our National Parks.
